Reviews and Ratings
I couldn't have asked for a better location, so close to everything I wanted to do. The rooms were a bit of a letdown with the air condition not working on heating mode and giving off a stale cigarette smoke smell, but the service made up for it. The dining experience was great with fresh croissants, and the facilities were top-notch.
The hotel has a strong tobacco smell in the rooms and is noisy due to a nearby night club, but it's set up for 2 guests and check-in was smooth.
I had a mixed experience staying at this hotel. On the bright side, the location was excellent, just steps away from Champs Elysees, and the dining options were varied with some good choices. However, the rooms were noisy even during the night, and there were way too many flies coming from the backed-up bathroom. The service was friendly but a bit lacking due to the hotel's oldish feel.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms needed professional cleaning and updates, but the location was great near ChampsÉlysées. The service was friendly and helpful overall. Dining was pricey for the average quality. The facilities were decent but could be improved.
The hotel offers very nice, comfortable, and roomy rooms with a fridge and coffee-tea replacements daily, but the check-in experience for a 'superior double room' could be improved. The service provided by the staff is excellent, with the bar chef being a standout, though service at the lounge bar area needs refinement to match the sophistication expected in both the hotel and the city. The location is the hotel's strongest advantage, being near Champs Élysées, but it may not be suitable for families at night. The dining options are limited and require better selections, despite the friendly reception, especially by Anthony. Overall, the hotel provides a mix of positive and negative experiences.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel overall. The rooms, despite being delayed until 5:00 pm due to a maintenance issue, were comfortable and well-equipped, allowing us to rest peacefully. The presence of a terrace was a nice touch, offering a cozy spot to unwind. However, the late room availability was a downside.
